Who does Azul & Oak work with?

Azul & Oak works with homeowners on the southern Costa Blanca who are looking for a bespoke kitchen or interior solution, with personal guidance and close attention to quality, functionality and finish.

We work with both permanent residents in Spain and owners of holiday homes or investment properties. Many of our clients are international and value clear communication, remote guidance and the possibility to follow the project in the language they feel most comfortable with.

We are also happy to get involved from the early stages of both new-build and renovation projects.

Custom kitchens

Do you design complete new kitchens?

Yes. Azul & Oak designs and manages bespoke kitchen projects for homes on the southern Costa Blanca. We advise on layout, materials, worktops, appliances, storage, finishes and installation, tailored to your home and the agreed project requirements.

How we work

Do you also work on small kitchens or apartments?

Yes. A kitchen does not need to be large to be well designed. In apartments, townhouses or smaller homes, a thoughtful layout can bring a lot of comfort, calm and functionality.

Do you design kitchens for villas, fincas and second homes?

Yes. We guide kitchen projects for different property types, including villas, fincas, apartments, townhouses, holiday homes and investment properties.

Do you offer cheap or budget kitchens?

Azul & Oak is aimed at clients who consciously choose quality, guidance and a carefully considered design process. We are not positioned as a supplier of cheap standard kitchens.

Can you include appliances and worktops?

Yes. For kitchen projects, worktops, appliances, sinks, taps and accessories can be integrated into the design and quotation. We look together at which choices suit your use, style and budget.

Can I choose my own appliances?

We are happy to think along with you about appliances that fit the design and your daily use. If you have specific preferences, we look at whether they fit the project technically, aesthetically and practically.

Interior solutions

Do you only provide kitchens, or also interior solutions?

In addition to custom kitchens, we also offer interior solutions connected to the kitchen, living space or fixed interior elements of the home. This includes TV units, lowboards, sideboards, wardrobes, cabinetry, fixed storage solutions and home office solutions.

Are your interior solutions fully custom-made?

That depends on the chosen system and supplier. Some solutions are modular, while others offer more made-to-measure flexibility. We always explain clearly what is technically and aesthetically possible.

Can you continue the style of my kitchen into other areas?

Yes, where possible. When the kitchen and interior solutions come from the same system, materials and finishes can often be beautifully aligned. When different suppliers are involved, we approach the desired look and feel as carefully as possible.

Showroom and appointment

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the showroom?

We recommend booking an appointment in advance. This allows us to reserve enough time to discuss your project calmly, show materials and think along with you in a focused way.

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Plans or rough measurements, photos of the space, inspiration images, information about the property, desired timing and an indication of your budget can help us think along with you more quickly and concretely. Do you not have everything yet? No problem. We will look together at which information may still be needed later.

Can the first conversation also take place by video call?

Yes. When you are not permanently in Spain, a first conversation can also take place by video call. For material choices and finishes, a visit to our showroom in Catral remains strongly recommended.

Can you also visit my home?

Where appropriate, a home visit can be discussed, especially when your project is already concrete and the existing space, measurements or practical situation need to be reviewed. Material choices and design details are preferably developed further in our showroom in Catral.

Can I visit if my property is not ready yet?

Yes. Even at an early stage, a conversation can be useful. We can look together at which choices will become important later and which information is needed for a strong design.

Design and process

How does a kitchen project with Azul & Oak work?

A project follows a clear step-by-step process: first conversation, intake, 3D design, quotation, technical check, production, delivery, installation, handover and aftercare. This keeps the process clear and organised.

Do I always receive a 3D design?

For kitchen projects, we work with a 3D design so you can clearly see the layout, materials, volumes and atmosphere before moving forward. For interior solutions, the level of visualisation depends on the type of project and the chosen supplier.

Discover how we work

What does a 3D design show?

A 3D design shows the layout, volumes, materials, colours and atmosphere of your kitchen or interior solution. It helps make choices more concrete before production and installation.

When do I receive a quotation?

Once the design has been sufficiently developed and the key choices have been made, we prepare a clear quotation. It includes an overview of the selected materials, appliances, worktops, accessories and installation, based on what has been agreed for your project.

Can I request changes after the first design?

Yes. A design process often requires refinement. We discuss the design together and adjust where needed, so the final result better suits your home, wishes and daily use.

Price, budget and quotation

Do I need to define a budget in advance?

You do not need to know the exact price during the first conversation. However, an indication of the budget you feel comfortable working within helps us make realistic choices around layout, materials, appliances and finish.

When will I know what my kitchen will cost?

Once the design and key materials and products have been selected, we prepare a quotation. This way, you know exactly what is included in your project.

Discover how we work

Do you work with fixed starting prices?

Because every project is different, we prefer not to communicate general starting prices on the website. The price depends on dimensions, layout, materials, worktop, appliances, accessories, technical choices and installation.

Is a more expensive kitchen always better?

Not necessarily. A good design is about making the right choices for your home, use and budget. We help you determine where quality truly matters and where simplicity may be the stronger choice.

Handover, aftercare and service

What happens at handover?

After installation, we review the result together. We check whether everything has been carried out as agreed, whether the finish is correct and whether there are any points that still need attention. Any handover points are noted and followed up.

Do you remain available after installation?

Yes. Our guidance does not stop once the kitchen or interior solution has been installed. After handover, we remain available for practical questions, follow-up of any agreed points and support with warranty or service questions within the agreed terms.

What happens if something still needs to be followed up after installation?

Together, we assess what is needed and, where relevant, ensure proper follow-up with the supplier or installer.

What happens if a kitchen appliance has a technical defect after handover?

If a kitchen appliance develops a technical fault after completion, we will help you determine which warranty or service procedure applies.

Technical repairs to appliances are carried out by the manufacturer, supplier or an authorised service provider. Azul & Oak does not carry out appliance repairs itself, but we will assist you with the necessary information, documentation and contact details so that your service request can be handled correctly.

Delivery, installation and preparation

How long does a kitchen project take?

The timing depends on the design, choices, supplier and planning. For custom kitchens, the average delivery time is usually 8 to 12 weeks after final design and approval. Preparation, planning and installation come on top of that.

Does my space need to be ready before installation?

Yes. Before installation, the space must be fully prepared in accordance with the requirements discussed in advance. This includes the necessary connections, finished walls and floors, and any other preparatory work. Azul & Oak does not carry out these construction or technical preparations.

Do you carry out electrical works, plumbing or tiling?

No. Azul & Oak does not carry out electrical works, plumbing, tiling or construction works. When such works are needed, they must be correctly prepared before installation.

Do you carry out repairs, kitchen wrapping or small fixes?

No. Azul & Oak does not focus on separate repairs, kitchen wrapping, second-hand kitchens or small fixes. Our focus is on new custom kitchens and interior solutions within a fully guided process.

Are you a full renovation company?

No. Azul & Oak specialises in custom kitchens and interior solutions within our own area of expertise. We do not carry out full renovations, architectural assignments, interior architecture assignments or construction works.

About us

Do you install kitchens bought elsewhere?

No. We focus on projects that are designed, supplied and guided through Azul & Oak. This allows us to correctly follow up quality, planning, installation and aftercare.

Remote projects

Can my project continue if I am not permanently in Spain?

Yes. Many international clients are not in Spain all year round. We can guide parts of the process through video calls, digital communication, plans, photos and clear updates.

Remote kitchen project

Can I already prepare my project from my home country?

Yes. A first conversation can take place by video call. Based on plans, photos, measurements and inspiration images, we can already prepare your project and determine which next steps are needed.

First conversation by video call

When is it useful to be present in Spain?

A showroom visit is especially valuable for material choices, fronts, worktops, colours and finishes. Presence can also be useful for measurement, technical checks or important decision moments.
